3D Mechanical Plumbing was started in 2008 in Kaufman, TX by Dwayne Baumgartner, our owner and founder. Owner & President
Dwayne has worked in the Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Industry for over 40 years. For over 20 years he worked for a large Mechanical Co in Dallas, Burden Brothers Inc prior to starting up 3D Mechanical with his brother Danny and their Dad James. Dwayne has been a Licensed Plumber here in Texas for over 40 years. Working on and managing projects for SMU, Parkland Hospital, DFW Airport Terminal D & Marriott Hotel, has helped build many Schools and Churches here in North Texas Area.
Married his high school sweetheart Terri in 1977. They have a son and a daughter. Both working here in Kaufman area. Elizabeth is a RN and Chris owns and operates their Cattle Company B&B Cattle. A Registered Black Angus and Certified Angus Beef seed stock cattle operation that’s based here in Kaufman Texas. I really like being out on the job sites with our workers, seeing the work being performed, knowing we provide an awesome service for our clients and customers.
I have been very blessed by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have been able to share the Good News of Jesus on three Continents. But some of my best days are when I share Him in our local school's after school program "Kids Beach Club" for you see, with Jesus nothing is impossible.

Vice President of Construction Operations
Juan Martinez has worked over 15 years in the Commercial Plumbing, HVAC and Mechanical Industry. Juan was able to get his journeyman license at a young age. He grew up working side by side with his father who also works in commercial plumbing. This lit a spark for Juan and encouraged him to pursue his plumbing license. He was raised with a strong work ethic and he applies those values to 3D Mechanical Plumbing Inc. Juan carries a Master Texas Plumbing License and an A Type HVAC Texas Contractor License. He has in the past and still today places high value on Safety in the Commercial Plumbing / HVAC Industry. He understands that the best work area is a safe work area with an emphasis on employee’s being responsible for each other’s safety.
He has built business relationships based on honesty, reliability, and excellent customer service. He enjoys playing and coaching soccer.
Administration Manager
Kari has worked in customer service, management, and accounting for 22 years. For 13 of those years she has been with 3D Mechanical Plumbing Inc. Kari manages construction Administration Contracts, HR, and Accounting. She believes good customer service for our clients and a very efficient office helps the company maintain its high standards. She has been married to her husband Mike since 1997 and in May 2019 had their first child.

Vice President of Pre-Construction/Estimating
Reagen has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive Plumbing and HVAC project portfolios as well as experience managing large, complex multi-million-dollar projects. He began his career as an Assistant Superintendent and evolved into positions including Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager for 3D Mechanical Plumbing Inc.
In his role as Project Manager at 3D Mechanical Plumbing Inc, Reagen fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and quality assurance for our clients. His strong communication and client service skills enhance 3D Mechanical Plumbing Inc’s abilities to Excel for our clients.
Reagen married the love of his life Elizabeth in 2005. He has 3 of the most amazing little girls, Landry, Savannah, Cheyenne.
Project Manager
Max Zea is a Project Manager who works with General Contractors, Vendors and other employees to oversee and help coordinate the installation of HVAC and Plumbing Systems. He also wears many hats here at 3D Mechanical Plumbing Inc where he over sees the company’s truck fleet and warehouse. His years of being the owner of his own construction installation company gives him the unique ability to juggle multiple task at the same time with diligence and efficiency. Even though he has only been in this industry for a few years, Max knows the importance of getting the job done right and on time.
